On March 7th, the Moon will be traveling through the sign Scorpio, its sign of debilitation. Likewise Mars, who is the Ruler of Scorpio, will also be in debilitation in the sign of Cancer, the Ruler of the Moon.

In Vedic Astrology, this forms a yoga called Neecha Banga Raja Yoga (the cancellation of debilitation). This yoga is created when on March 7th both these planets interchange their signs.
